Opera Garnier
This is the famous Opera Garnier. This lavish theatre is home to the Phantom of Phantom of the Opera. Now few operas actually play here; it’s mainly used for ballet. This should come as no suprise since many of Degas’ famous ballet paintings were set here. There is also a museum here which runs through the Grand Foyer by the huge sets of stairs there. There’s also a lavish auditorium similar to the display of Napolean III’s apartments in the Louvre.
